Alitalia

Task of rebranding and international brand implementation: declining the new brand in 45 airports and in the Headquarter of Fiumicino (Rome), producing decorations, customised signage, communication wrapping for buses. The geographical heterogeneity of the airports worldwide and the very stringent timing made the presence of ad hoc management tools necessary: a domestic/international team of project managers (under the network Glimma) and a web platform especially designed to allow Alitalia to monitor in real time the progress of the works.
The materials were recorded on all airports, evaluated in terms of technical specifications and rendered showing the situation”as is” and “to be” declining the new brand identity, to be finally installed in their sites by managing permission requests.
