We have been commissioned by UBI Banca as the consultant for the” Branch Transformation “project. Taking the Remodeling Concept as a starting point, the consultancy was initially focused on the study and choice of the materials and then on the design of the various communication elements to be installed. The project has been achieved through the creation of three pilot branches. Great attention has been paid to clearly communicating and sharing the project objectives between all the involved parties -UBI Banca, the Construction Management company and contractor. This has allowed them to continually maintain control over each branch’s progress. Moving on from the Communication Concept, a specialized team designs the visual installations which, once validated, are made by the production department. The project is completed by installing the setting in each branch.
We will be involved in working on The “Brand Transformation” Project for around 800 branches throughout Italy.
