A) without your express consent (pursuant to Art. 6(b), (e) GDPR) for the following Service Purposes:

  • to comply with legal obligations, regulations, EU legislation, or orders from authorities (e.g., anti-money laundering);

Data Access

Your data may be made accessible for the purposes set out in Articles 2.A) and 2.B):

  • to employees and collaborators of the Data Controller or Group companies, in Italy and abroad, in their capacity as data processors or system administrators;

  • to third-party companies or other entities acting on behalf or in the name of DB Ingegneria dell’Immagine.

Data Disclosure

Without the need for express consent (pursuant to Art. 24(a), (b), (d) of the Privacy Code and Art. 6(b), (c) GDPR), the Data Controller may disclose your data for the purposes referred to in Art. 2.A) to supervisory bodies, judicial authorities, or other entities to whom disclosure is legally required. These entities will process the data as independent Data Controllers.

Data Transfer

Personal data are stored on servers located within the European Union. Should it become necessary, the Data Controller reserves the right to transfer the servers outside the EU. In such cases, the Controller ensures that the transfer will comply with applicable legal provisions, subject to the signing of the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses.

Providing data for the purposes referred to in Art. 2.A) is mandatory; failure to do so will make it impossible to provide the related services.
Providing data for the purposes referred to in Art. 2.B) is optional; refusal will only preclude the sending of newsletters or marketing communications, without affecting the services under Art. 2.A).
